Ordering

How often do you ship?

Usually, orders are fulfilled within 3 business days. You'll
receive a notification via email that includes your tracking number and
estimated delivery date.

If there is a delay in fulfillment I'll notify you via email with an estimate as to when the items will be shipped out.

What Shipping service do you use?

We use USPS for all domestic and international shipping.

Can I change my address?

You can update your address if you haven't received a tracking number yet. Please follow these steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email.

Include the following information in your reply:

  • Order Number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Your new address

This will help us ensure that your order is shipped to the correct address.
